redesigning MALDON

I've narrowed down my options for project 1. Trying to redesign an entire set of seasoning packages was a bit of a stretch so I decided to go with one brand that only produces one type of season - salt. Sea salt to be exact and they also happen to distribute whole black peppercorn; because what else would you see next to salt? Maldon Crystal Salt is the name of the company and they specialize in making pure crystal salt that has become one of the leading, best-recognized salt brands out there which has has been around since 1882. Country of origin is Essex, England. With prices that range from $7 to up to $10 for an 8oz box (depending where and how you purchased it) you would think that the packaging would look a bit more sophisticated and high end. The current package method for this brand is dull and has no reference to either the place it comes from or significance of the product itself.
I would like to redesign this brand to target people who appreciate the finer things in life and who of course love to cook with the top notch ingredients. Giving it a more hip, modern, up to date look could help that along.
